Our Process

Our technicians will un-load, measure and  inspect your rug providing an estimate of all pricing and options on-site.  Each rug is gently cleaned, cleaning both sides of your rug.  All rugs are then hung in our temperature-controlled dry room.  Upon completion, each rug is rolled in brown craft paper and ready for pick up.  The process typically takes 7 to 10 days from drop off until pick up.
